Nicomach.
NicoMach is a read-only settlement analysis platform that looks at the obligations between independent businesses as one network and finds the smallest set of payments needed to clear them. Companies move less money and free up working capital, while NicoMach never holds funds and every settlement requires each participant's approval.
Nicomach was inspired by the book, Nicomachean Ethics, written by Aristotle
How we work
Companies share their invoice data, and NicoMach removes any obligations that are disputed or not confirmed by both sides.
It then solves the remaining obligations as a single network and returns a recommended plan in which every payment lists the obligations it closes.
Each participant reviews and approves the plan before anything is paid, and payments still go through their own banks.
